In Leicester Diocese, Framland Deanery, which has 48 parishes, 30 have voted not to enter the scheme, 7 are hesitating and only 5 have voted to join a minster community.
That is 90% who do not want to be in a minster community, or are hesitant.
This shows that it is possible to stand up against diocesan schemes to radically change local parish ministry.
